The Alley Cat Cafe Support Shop

Join wonderful volunteers like Jenny in helping to raise vital funds at our in-house Support Shop for the running of our busy Cat Homing Centre/Cat Cafe.

All profits raised raised go towards caring for rescued cats, providing them with necessary veterinary treatment and safe shelter, until loving homes can be found.     

The shop contains an eclectic mixture of items that ranges from the fashionable trendy to the cheap and cheerful!

None of our prices are expensive as we believe in selling at realistic levels that bring in a quick turn around and please the pockets of our supporters. That is why our customers leave with bargains and come back again, and again!

We have a large range of ladies clothing, including everyday wear, dresses, coats, shoes, bags, hats, and some jewellery. We have a small designer section which includes some real quality items.

There is a smaller collection of mens shirts, sport tops, t-shirts, coats, trousers & shoes.

Seaonal items are sold to help our cats thus we are always in need of such items that are in good enough condition to be sold and for other people to want to buy!

Right now we are after christmas & winter items in particular, though at different times of the year we may especially be after, spring, summer, valentines, easter or haloween stuff.

Items sold in our shop include clothes, books, DVD's, CD's, kids toys, bric-a-brac, linens, miscellanious items.

Soft toys and kids/baby items are sold in our bshop and though we welcome such donated items, anything brought in should be clean, complete and in good condition.

Voluntary merchandisers are sought to help display stock items in an appealing way, prune out defective donated stock, price and display donated goods and clothing, and keep the shop tidy.

Volunteers are welcome for even half of one day per week, but should be reliable and honest.

Sometimes we are donated above average quality goods that may be collectable or real value.

Our shop manager would appreciate volunteers who are good at spotting such items, researching and appraising them.

Even a monthly session volunteering would be of great benefit to our shop.

We have a large selection of books, both fiction & non-fiction, also DVD's, CD.s & very often video games and sometimes vinyl.

We welcome donations though books should be clean and presentable. Vinyl, should be restricted to pop/rock as we just can't find buyers for other genres.

10.30 until 5.30 Open every day, including Sundays (We may close earlier on Sundays).
