Patricia

Now renamed Patricia, this young queen was rescued by Ark volunteers Emma & Simon from a multicat household in the Elswick area. She was already pregnant when rescued. and taken to the Ark for care, spaying and rehoming. 

Our vet found her to be pregnant and her kittens were duly born while she stayed with an Ark volunteer. Her kittens were rised at the Ark and socialised as a team effort by some of our great volunteers and cat cuddlers.

Her six kittens all made it and now have nice homes lined up for each of them, they will be leaving the Ark in late October. Thanks to all friends of the Ark who donated foods, cat litter, bedding and anti-parasite tretments for them, and especially to those who spent hours socialising the youngsters.

Patricia has now started on her vaccination course and is quite a vocal cat, which is quite ok as her new family adore her chatty ways!

Patricia's six kittens have all done well and have now secured homes of their own!
