Some previous photos

Newly admitted Tux and Bobby making themselves at home at the Ark!

Garden cat Mr. Tom survived for six months outside and alone before being brought to the Ark's Homing Centre by a caring neighbour. After a week decompressing he was overjoyed to be visited by his rescuer and jumped straight into her arms!

Mr. Tom has recently left the to the care of new owners in a home of his own.

Mitzy making herself at home in the Window room at Westgate Ark. She now has a wonderful new opportunity to enjoy her twilight years with some great friends and supporters of the Ark.

Three kittens found in a crisp box in the inner West End area of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

As soon as we picked them up to examine them closely we discovered a dreadful flea infection on all three of them.

Mother (Gretch) and daughter (Daisy) together in an igloo at our Cat Homing Centre.

Wilson waits patiently at the Ark for the right person to take him home!

Did I really sleep all day?

This is Molly (formerly Coco) rescued in December, who now has a fabulous new life in a proper home with a family who love her!

People feed dogs in the village of Bogorodychne, which was destroyed by fighting, in Donetsk Oblast on March 25, 2023. The village was de-occupied by Ukrainian forces on September 11, 2022. Today there is not a single surviving house, and eight people live here. (Photo by Sofiia Bobok/Anadolu Agency via Getty Images)

This shows a Ukrainian Lady and her cat evacuating from their home.

In stark contrast to the brutality and callousness of the invading Russians, the Ukrainian people have impressed the world with their kindness and compassion!

Doesn't this photo of a feline victim of Russian megalomaniac and dictator Putin, seem to fully embody the spirit, dignity and proud defiance of his Ukrainian family!
